Metro View
Because where you live matters

Welcome To Metro View

Metro View will be a vibrant, transit-oriented development bringing 55 affordable apartment homes to individuals and families in Rialto, California. The new community will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom homes to individuals and families with household qualifying maximums at various set-asides ranging from 30 to 60 percent of the area median income (AMI). Located adjacent to the Rialto Metrolink station and Omnitrans Route 22, residents at Rialto Metrolink South will have access to multiple transit options throughout the region.

Metro View will be built in a Spanish Mediterranean architectural style to complement the surrounding neighborhood. Following LEED standards, Metro View will also be built to be sustainable, durable, and energy efficient. The community center will serve as a hub for resident activities and onsite services provided by the Hope through Housing Foundation. Additional amenities will include a computer center, swimming pool, playground, outdoor recreation areas and barbecues, and a landscaped outdoor teen area, encouraging engagement and community among young residents.
